Inauguration of the kitchen at the Jesús Obrero Technical Institute.
Thanks to your help, we managed to expand this space to feed vulnerable children and thereby minimize school dropout, improve their nutritional conditions and thus help them to perform in their studies.
This is a project that started with 7 children and today, two years later, we managed to extend this aid to 205 people. We estimate that this population can reach 300 children by the end of the school year.
Our next goal is to have a kitchen at the Mother Alberta Gimenez School of Fe y Alegría in Cumaná.
This will allow children to have a meal plan for the first time at their school. For this we have created the campaign
Solidarity Pot.
Through which we can guarantee the purchase of the necessary supplies and pay the operating costs. This campaign will be active until December 31 and we want to have people like you, do you sign up?
Another of the great achievements was our second ALSI Foundation Golf Open 2019
Which could be possible thanks to all our allies and participants, where it was possible to raise a month of feeding for 1,785 children at Mother Alberta School between breakfast and lunch.
